Iowa Lincoln Highway tour begins
A three-day First Inaugural Tour of Lincoln Highway in Iowa began on August 8:
According to State Director of the Iowa Lincoln Highway Association, Jeff LaFollette, this three-day tour has been in the works for the past few years. He said that the purpose of this tour is to promote the Lincoln Highway and to educate people about the road and the surrounding areas.

Iowa LHA Motor Tour drives through Boone

Movie which takes place along the Lincoln Highway debuts in Gettysburg
John Putch’s low-budget "Route 30", which has three interconnected stories taking place along the Lincoln Highway from Chambersburg to Gettysburg, premiered at Stony Brook Film Festival in New York on July 19. It will be screened in Gettysburg on September 27.
