			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Indiana portion of the Lincoln Highway is now officially part of the <a href="http://www.in.gov/indot/2827.htm">Indiana Byway Program</a>. The <a href="http://www.indianalincolnhighway.org/">Indiana Lincoln Highway Association</a> and a new Indiana Lincoln Highway Byway Council will develop a corridor management plan, including guidelines for road signage and the creation of tourism materials to promote the towns and businesses and events held along the route.</p>
