			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Illinois Department of Transportation has approved design plans for highway overpasses spanning Canadian National Railway tracks in two Illinois locations, at Lincoln Highway (U.S. 30) in Lynwood and at Ogden Avenue (U.S. 34) in Aurora. Planners opted for overpasses instead of underpasses because it would save money and take less time. CN must pay for the vast majority of the construction costs.</p>
