At the crooked intersection of U.S. Highway 30 and Iowa Street - the
original Lincoln Highway - sits a cluster of historic buildings. Note the Lincoln Highway

1928 concrete markers were intended to face traffic, so this one needs a
quarter-turn. As is, the blue directional marker faces the bank building at right.

Turn right on Iowa Street to go to the center of the business district, where a lovely old soda fountain still is in operation in Lehan's Drug Store.
